Dr. Rebecca Sutherns, CEO of Sage Solutions, joins Dave and Reb again today on “Let’s Talk Money” to talk about how the past two years have affected people’s abilities to adapt to continually changing contexts, whether it be in family relationships, workplace stress, or finances. As a certified professional facilitator, she has been helping businesses, charities, churches, and individuals determine their ability to adapt. She has also been giving guidance in re-learning and re-building adaptability skills. Dr. Sutherns simply calls it “recharging our batteries”.
“We need to keep up,” she says, adding that we have had to keep up with too much, for too long. “Energy is a currency and we need to adapt, so recharging our batteries is really gold for us.”
Listen in to hear their discussion that encourages us to keep hoping, and to keep relying on the support around us. Resilience, hope, and team support are three important pieces of building adaptability back into our lives.
