It’s almost Christmas, and Dave and Reb invite their dear friends Rev. Ray Borg and his wife Arlene to share their favourite Christmas Scripture verses and memories on today’s episode of “Let’s Talk Money with Dave and Reb”. They even manage to talk about money – just a little bit!

The four friends share verses from the book of Hebrews and Isaiah, as well as 2 Corinthians. Listeners might be surprised that many of their favourites speak to why He came to earth as a man, and aren’t about the birth story.

“The season is about so much more than Jesus coming as a baby,” Reb says. “We can’t fully celebrate his birth without being grateful for His suffering, death, and His resurrection, and reflecting on those truths as we consider the baby in a manger.”

Join Dave and Reb’s conversation with their friends, as they reflect on the importance of Jesus’ coming, and why He came: for the joy set before Him! Today’s show is sponsored by More Than Enough Financial – a financial coaching, tax, and mortgage company empowering people to effectively manage their finances while finding hope and financial freedom one day at a time.
