Dave and Reb welcome regular guest Rev. Ray Borg to the show this week where they talk about the benefits of joining a Compass Canada bible study. Along with Ray, Bev Frankish shares her story of how joining a Compass Canada small group study changed her life. Bev and Ray share how Navigating Your Finances God’s Way has been a transforming experience for many of the people they know.
Compass Canada offers a number of studies that individuals, groups and churches can access through compasscanada.org. The studies give Biblically-based practical tools, along with teaching on what the Bible says about money and possessions. They cover topics such as stewardship, money and marriage, preparing financially for the later years, and doing business God’s way.
Bev shares that even though she thought she understood Biblical truths around finances, her thinking and her heart were challenged, and then transformed, by the truth that everything they have and work for is the Lord’s.
They also share how walking together in a small group transforms financial stories where people can be honest and be held accountable through the process.
